I was able to confirm this. It took almost 10 days from purchase and and the packaging was nothing. I have given it this rating because it took almost 10 days to purchase and it was not packaged in any way.

I received the card with the old bullets. I was a little disappointed that it was scratched.

Thank you very much for your business. The old bullet Vegeta (small white splotch on the top of the back) would have been a blast ad if it were complete. Overall, the condition is delicate, but only slightly. Not recommended for active players.
