The item arrived almost a week after the shipping notice.
The postmark on the envelope is also dated 2 days before arrival, so clearly the shipment was delayed.
It looks like the shipment was sent from the same province, so even if the delivery was delayed, it should have arrived in 2~3 days.
If they forgot to ship, I wish they would have given proper Tidings.
